This observance commemorates our ancestors' miraculous exodus from Egyptian captivity, prefiguring our ongoing liberation from mental and spiritual enslavement. יהוה not only shielded our forefathers from the devastating plagues afflicting Egypt but also shattered the chains of bondage, demonstrating His unparalleled power to redeem through a single individual, Moses. Importantly, this same Almighty יהוה continues His redemptive work today, delivering us from contemporary suffering through His Son, יהוה בן יהוה (Yahweh Ben Yahweh), as prophesied (Exodus 18:8, 10-11; Hebrews 13:8).
